Hello,I’m Sara, and I'd like to share a little of my story with you.

Who am I?

I didn’t know.

That was where my journey began — with a simple but profound question, and a desire to discover my own truth.

For a long time, I believed I had to be and do what was expected of me. As I grew up, I absorbed many ideas and beliefs about who I was supposed to be, and slowly, they became part of the way I saw myself.

I thought I could hide from everything and everyone — even from myself — and carry on living the life I had created.

From the outside, it looked like a happy and comfortable life. But inside, there was a growing sense of emptiness.

A few years after becoming a mother, that emptiness became impossible to ignore. I started to feel that there had to be more than simply going through the same routines, day after day, on autopilot.

And somewhere along the way, I realised that I wasn’t fully present in my own life anymore — and that this was also affecting the people I loved most.

When we don't take care of ourselves, our frustrations and internal conflicts always end up being dumped on those who least deserve it.

Along my own path of self-discovery, I realised how much I was missing moments of silence and stillness in my life. This eventually led me to meditation and, from there, to yoga.

Since 2018, meditation and yoga have become an integral part of my everyday life. I have never stopped practising. Over the years, they have become much more than practices for me — they have been a way of coming back to myself, becoming more aware, and gently healing from within.

Is it easy? No. It can be challenging. But it has brought me something I deeply value: a sense of lightness, acceptance and peace with who I am.

I’ve come to understand that I don’t need to constantly become someone else. There is something deeply freeing in simply being — without labels, expectations or the need to define ourselves.

Yoga and meditation have given me this clarity: life is a journey, and one that we can choose to walk every day — with love, kindness and respect for our own timing.

For me, coming back to my Essence means coming back to the heart. To that quiet place within where we can simply BE, feel, and remember that we are already whole.

Who is this for?

For women who feel they can no longer keep moving through life on autopilot — who sense that something needs to change, but aren't quite sure where to begin.

For women who are ready to slow down, turn their attention inward, and start making space for themselves again.

You don't have to have all the answers. Sometimes, it starts with simply choosing to do something differently.

This journey is an invitation to become more aware of your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and gently create new ways of being that feel more true to who you are.

Together, we'll explore simple practices that you can bring into your everyday life — small moments of presence, reflection and connection that, over time, can create meaningful change.

Start wherever feels right: a Yoga class, a Sunday Gathering, or going deeper together in Saar Mentoring.

A journey back to yourself.
Back to what feels true.
Back to your Essence.
